%S (hereafter ”Service”) is a free service provided by Rideer Nordic Oy (Business ID FI24352334, hereafter ”Service provider”) where the customer (Customer) can put charter rides out to tender. By using the Tilausajot.net online service, the Customer agrees to following these terms (hereafter ”Terms of use”). The Service provider delivers the Customer’s request for quote to the operator (hereafter ”Seller”) in the SynergyBus (hereafter ”SynergyBus”) service hosted by the Service. The Customer is notified of all Seller’s offers (hereafter ”Offer”) by email. The Offers are available in the Tilausajot.net -service (requires logging in).
The Customer can sign up to the service with the Sign up button or when submitting their first request for quote. The service is free. When signing up to use the Service, the user must provide at least the following information: full name, email address, and freely chosen password. When logging in to the Service, the User can also provide other personal information. The information provided is only used for delivering the request for quote and related quote information, communicating service offering and features to the Customer, and measuring customer satisfaction.
The Customer submits a request for quote (hereafter ”Request for quote”) on the Service home page. Mandatory information includes departure date and time, place of departure, destination, itinerary and destinations, return from destination, deadline for submitting quotes, and estimated number of people. The Service provider ensures that the Customer order is received, and the Customer gets a booking confirmation. All new offers are sent to the Customer’s email. Once they log in, the Customer can view the offers received and ultimately accept or decline offers. The Offers made in the Service are always subject to the condition of an intermediate sale reservation, which is why the order is valid only after the Service provider has confirmed the order by e-mail directly to the Customer after the offer has been accepted.
The Service provider is responsible for general customer service in the Service, but the Seller is responsible for the customer service for their own service. The purchase agreement in the Service is always between the Customer and Seller. The Service provider is not a Seller and not a party to the business transaction conducted in the Service. Booking and agreeing on the details of a chartered ride takes place between the Customer and the Seller.
The Service provider is not responsible for any damages caused by delays. Any compensation in these situations is agreed between the Seller and the Customer.
The Seller determines the price for their offer. From the offers, the Customer selects the most suitable one. The Seller is responsible for setting the payment terms and methods, and any agreements regarding them are made between the Seller and the Customer. The Service Provider and the Seller reserve the right to change the price list.

If meeting the obligations laid out in these Terms is not possible due to an insurmountable obstacle such as a natural disaster, catastrophe, legislation or decisions by authorities, strike, or other similar reason not in the control of the Service provider (Force majeure), the Service provider is released from the obligations for the duration of the Force majeure circumstances.
